Mail Server – It allows you to read the e-mail you send to WordPress and store it for retrieval. To do this, you need a POP3-compatible mail server, and it will have a URI address, such as mail. example. com, where you should enter it. Login Name (login name) – to create a post, WordPress will need its own e-mail account. The login name uses this e-mail address because spammers redirect links to their own websites and should therefore be kept secret. Password  (password) – set the password for the above e-mail address. Default Mail Category (Default Mail Category) – It allows you to select custom categories for all posts published through the email function. Update Services – When you post a new post, WordPress automatically notifies the Web site of the update service box. Step (3) – after completing all the above information, click the Save Changes button to save your information.
